We welcome families in need of a longer stay into a regular room.
Our regular rooms are for families who will need to live at our House for longer than four nights. You may apply for a regular room up to 30 days prior to your scheduled appointment at Cincinnati Children’s or other qualifying area hospitals.
To apply, please complete an application using the Request a Regular Room button below. After your application is received, we will reach out to you to discuss next steps. All guests aged 18+ must complete a background check prior to their stay.
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee that you have a room. Forms are available below in English and Spanish.
After your stay has been approved, you may complete the Background Check and Check-In forms below. You must first complete a request to stay before completing your background check. Background checks will not need to be renewed for two years.
When a family is placed in a room, they will be eligible to live in that room for up to two years, as long as criteria to stay in our House is being met.
