Guest Services Volunteers (GSVs) interact with our staff, other volunteers and guests. Our House simply could not care for our guest families like we do without volunteer support. Volunteering at our House is both a rewarding and challenging responsibility. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Volunteer opportunities range from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m., seven days a week.
• GSVs commit to a minimum of two shifts per month for at least nine months.
• All regularly scheduled volunteers must be 21 years of age or older unless over the age of 13 and volunteering with a parent.
• A background check is required.
• Our onboarding process includes: an interview, an orientation and a training before your first shift. This process can take four or more weeks to complete.
